“Our Marlborough design is a contemporary interpre “Our Marlborough design is a contemporary interpretation of early woven English damasks, which are characterised by their large-scale rose motifs. The delicate, intertwining floral and leaf pattern evokes the gentle beauty and elaborate, organic forms of an English rose garden as it flows and curves across the linen basecloth. It’s been immensely popular since launch and we’re delighted to see it translated into our Round and Oval lampshades.” Tom Helme, co-founder of @fermoie Inspired by a study of early damasks, Marlborough evokes the gentle beauty of the English rose. The design’s delicate pattern and refined structure bring softness and grace to both classic and contemporary interiors. Marlborough Lampshades are available in 16 sizes, six colorways and, two shapes – Oval and Round The lampshades are designed and hand-made in the Fermoie studio and accessories workshop in Marlborough, England. All are crafted from lightweight 100% linen, printed in-house, and hand-gathered in a process unique to Fermoie. Available in our NY & FL Showrooms

Her firm has been included in the top 100 lists of House Beautiful and Elle Decor. Her namesake fabric and wallpaper collection is hand-screened, with fabrics printed on Belgian linen. Drawing inspiration from nature, museum visits abroad, Japanese woodblock prints, stylized botanicals, and classical European design, the collection blends traditional motifs with a modern, graphic twist. The result is decorative and sophisticated yet playful and unexpected, featuring clear, saturated hues including corals, blues, greens, periwinkles, and pinks combined in inventive and sometimes surprising ways.
